gbajr Platform Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gbajr website accessible at gbajr.io, including all subpages, features, services, and content made available through it.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player following successful completion of the gbajr registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts granted to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event outcome, casino game, or other betting product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by gbajr in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh (symbol: ৳), which is the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled protective features available within every gbajr Account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.

To register and maintain an Account on gbajr, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account's existence.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be employed by gbajr, any of its affiliates, approved game studios, or payment processing partners — nor be a close family member of any such employee.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Duplicate account creation is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

gbajr reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

Once your Account is active, you assume full and sole responsibility for all activity conducted through it. Specifically:

• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share, disclose, or transfer your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify gbajr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your Account are deemed to have been placed by you unless you have first reported unauthorised access in writing.
• You must not allow any other individual — including family members — to access or use your Account for any purpose.
• You must not use your Account for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, acting as an agent for third parties, or laundering funds.
• gbajr may require re-verification of your identity periodically. Failure to comply will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on gbajr are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation. gbajr is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. gbajr does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must have passed full KYC verification, including age verification confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• gbajr aims to process approved withdrawals to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• gbajr reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual in size or frequency. During such review periods, funds will be held pending investigation.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds, after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, may be moved to your withdrawable balance.

gbajr offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be specified at the time the bonus is offered. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the offer.
• Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your Account. Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately.
• Bonus offers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.
• gbajr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including offers that are still in their promotional period.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to extract bonus value, or withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or BPL cricket tournaments are subject to additional specific terms published with the relevant offer.
• gbajr retains the right to reclaim bonus funds or voided winnings from a Player's Account balance where bonus abuse is confirmed following investigation.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and event wagering conducted on the gbajr platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be altered retroactively except in the case of manifest error.
• gbajr reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a technical error, pricing error, or data feed fault. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned in full.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to allow for latency between real-world events and data feed updates. Bets placed after an in-play event has concluded will be voided.
• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by the official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BCB, ICC, BCCI). In the case of match abandonment, official DLS method results or reserve day outcomes will apply.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Limits vary depending on the sport, event, and market type. gbajr reserves the right to limit betting activity on any market at any time, including restricting individual Player bet limits, without obligation to provide reasons.
• Bets placed using funds that are subsequently identified as fraudulently obtained will be voided in their entirety and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

The following terms govern participation in all casino products available on gbajr, including live casino tables, video slots, and crash games:

• All casino games on gbajr are supplied by licensed third-party studios. Each game operates under its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and pay table, which are accessible within the game interface.
• Live casino games (Roulette, Baccarat, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and others) are streamed in real time from studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each table game are as displayed within the live stream interface and are binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbajr platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform in any automated fashion.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or data feed failures to place bets with a statistical certainty of winning.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider as a mechanism to retain both winnings and returned deposits simultaneously.
• Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities for any purpose, including to claim multiple instances of a first-deposit bonus.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identification or address documents during the KYC process.
• Attempting to access the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent regional restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by gbajr.

All content on the gbajr platform — including but not limited to the gbajr brand name, logo, visual design, website copy, page structure, graphics, icons, and proprietary software — is the exclusive intellectual property of gbajr and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any part of the gbajr Platform or its content without prior written consent from gbajr.

Game content (graphics, audio, mathematics, and software) for all third-party titles (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used under licence. Unauthorised reproduction of game content is prohibited.

• Loss of Account access resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by mobile wallet providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or banking institutions outside gbajr's direct control.
• Any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of reputation arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.

In cases where gbajr is found liable for direct losses attributable to a platform error or proven failure of service, liability shall be limited to the value of the Player's account balance at the time the error occurred, or the value of the specific disputed wager, whichever is lower.

gbajr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by the Player.
• A finding or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to pass or complete the KYC / age verification process within the required timeframe.
• Any attempt by the Player to damage gbajr's reputation, software infrastructure, or business operations.
• A request from a regulatory body, law enforcement authority, or payment processor to suspend the Account.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

gbajr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gbajr will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 13 above.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of this Platform. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through gbajr's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

gbajr operates this Platform as a safe and reliable service with SSL encryption and fair-play certified games. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
